PRECAST CONCRETE-COMPOSITE MODULES
As a precursor, we have introduced an innovative technology for casting precast concrete-composite modules of automatic public toilets. All toilet models are made entirely of cast concrete-composite roof, walls and floor, including the roof, walls and floor, which creates a vandal-resistant ecological module.
Our technology increases the durability and resistance of the building to deformations, cracks and structural unseals, ensuring complete resistance to moisture, especially with the automatic cleaning and disinfection function. Chemical, biological resistance and fire resistance are also increased. The toilet can be flooded up to a meter high and there will be no failure or permanent damage.

The use of the above-mentioned technology allows the building to be placed on the ground without pouring foundations, i.e. not permanently attached to the ground, which can be moved to another place at any time. We provide over 35 years of warranty for the durability and tightness of the entire toilet module, regardless of the prevailing weather conditions.
PRODUCTION OF MONOLITHIC MUNICIPAL TOILETS

Automatic city toilets are entirely manufactured on site. Our company combines experience, modern technologies and the highest quality standards to provide products that are both functional and durable. The automatic city toilets we produce are the result of a careful design and production process.
TOILET ADAPTED FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
All automatic toilets manufactured by Ecogigant meet the highest standards of adaptation for use by people with disabilities. Many years of cooperation with non-governmental organizations from the sector of supporting people with disabilities has enabled us to acquire knowledge and experience that allow us to create procedures that meet the expectations and needs of people with disabilities.
The automatic city toilet is a comfort for people with disabilities thanks to the installation of a 90 cm wide door, free manoeuvring space inside the room, folding handrails made of acid-resistant stainless steel, secured against theft, an automatic washbasin module with a recess adapted for people in wheelchairs, the location of buttons and devices at heights corresponding to wheelchair users, Braille plates and audio instructions for the visually impaired.

PRICE OF AN AUTOMATIC CITY TOILET

The production of a municipal toilet is influenced by many factors, which together determine the final price of the product. Key decisions about the toilet model (whether it will be single-bay, double-bay or multi-bay), the choice of materials used for the exterior finishing, and the personalised configuration of the equipment all have a significant impact on the final cost. The price of the product is also influenced by additional automation options, such as washing, disinfection and drying systems, mobile payment systems or door automation. Each of these factors must be taken into account during the design and manufacture of a municipal toilet to ensure an optimal balance between functionality, quality and the final price of the product.
DIMENSIONS OF AUTOMATIC CITY TOILETS
The dimensions of public toilets are defined by the choice of a specific model:
- Round toilet: diameter 2.45 meters, height 2.82 meters.
- Oval Toilet: length 3.60 meters, width 2.45 meters, height 2.82 meters.
- Rectangular toilet: length 3.30 meters, width 2.20 meters, height 2.82 meters.
In addition, toilets can be single-bay, two-bay or multi-bay, which affects their overall size and available space for users.
The invariable dimension of all toilet models is the internal height of public spaces, which is 2.50 metres. This standard height provides adequate usable space and comfort for toilet users.

CERTIFIED BABY CHANGING TABLES IN PUBLIC TOILETS

Our models of city toilets are equipped with certified changing tables for babies, which makes them not only friendly to people with disabilities, but also allows for a convenient and comfortable diaper change for an infant. This solution used in free-standing public toilets is an important convenience for mothers with small children, especially in parks, playgrounds, boulevards and other public places.
Thanks to the presence of changing tables in our city toilets, parents have easy access to a suitable place to change their children’s diapers in comfortable and hygienic conditions. These toilets are becoming more friendly and adapted to the needs of families with small children, which is important for the comfort and functionality of urban public spaces.
CONTACTLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM
The contactless payment system in automated city toilets allows users to quickly and conveniently pay for the use of the toilet using contactless cards or NFC-enabled mobile devices such as smartphones and smartwatches. When the card or device is brought close to the payment terminal, the system automatically collects the fee and unlocks the toilet door, allowing it to be used without the need for cash or PIN codes.

AUTOMATIC FLOOR CLEANING IN PUBLIC TOILETS

Depending on the shape of the city toilet model and the type of option selected, we use two variants of the automatic pressure floor cleaning system in our prefabricated toilet modules:– flush nozzles mounted point-by-point directly in the floor, mushroom-shaped, the angle of the water stream at the nozzle exit is at least 75 degrees, easy to wash and disinfect.– flush nozzles mounted in the skirting board along the wall opposite the room the angle of the water stream at the nozzle exit is at least 45 degrees.
Both variants of the automatic floor pressure washing system are designed to effectively clean the toilet floor. The choice between these two options may depend on the specific toilet model and your preferences for functionality and ease of maintenance.
HEATING OF FREESTANDING PREFABRICATED MUNICIPAL TOILETS
Prefabricated automatic public toilets manufactured by our company have an underfloor heating system with an electronic temperature sensor that allows automatic control of the temperature inside the toilet. The setting and current temperature level is possible thanks to an electronic panel located in the technical room. Underfloor heating is located on the entire floor in the building, in public rooms and in the technical and service room. In addition, a wall-mounted convector heater is installed in the technical rooms to secure the minimum temperature for electrical devices in the event of the toilets being taken out of public use.

PROFILED FLOORS IN PUBLIC TOILET MODULES

The floors of our models of municipal toilets in public rooms are profiled with a slope towards the technical and service room. Such use allows water to be freely drained into the water channel when washing the toilet with a karcher or using a floor washing system. All floors are made of natural slabs or hand-polished terrazzo laid directly on the cast of the concrete-composite module. The profiled slope of the floor towards the technical room ensures effective water drainage and facilitates cleaning, which is crucial for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the city toilet. This floor design is tailored to the specific needs and requirements of public use, providing comfort and functionality for the daily use of the toilet.
