ROOF
The flat roof is constructed from a 16 cm thick reinforced concrete-composite slab. It features a minimal 2% hipped slope directing water toward an internal downpipe located within the technical room. Rainwater is discharged either onto the adjacent ground or into the combined sewage system, depending on local stormwater management conditions.
